Painting department was founded in 1999, and nowadays there are 8 lines for the plastic and metal parts painting, including dust-free workshop, sewage disposal system, air-purification system and central air conditioning. The main task is tweeter faceplate and front/rear enclosure of speaker panting, and most colors chosen are matt black, electroplated color, silver, shining silver, white, champagne, high gloss, coffee etc. We are also capable of soft feeling painting. The metal part painting is for the speaker stand, baffle, woofer/tweeter baskets, enclosures, top plate etc and the most colors are sand black, wrinkle color, flossy color, silver grey, silver white, white high gloss etc. Painting department operates strictly following the international standard of ISO9001: 2004 and EMS (Environment management system). All the paints and diluents we used fully meet RoHS standard.
